Five years ago, I walked into a small unfamiliar tech company knowing a lot about good business strategy, but little about technology.  My on-boarding involved  exactly zero documentation or written content. I ferociously took notes, but still found myself re-inventing processes that were (unbeknownst to me) tried and true within the organization.

I now realize that on that first day, I learned the most important lesson every business must learn in order to scale:

They do it once, and  they make it accessible to everyone who needs it. Every time you put into writing important information, you save time for every member of your organization and you gain sales.

★The best training is an employee who can train themselves. 

★The best answers are accessible to the person asking the question.
